Our Initiative

A scholarship given to youth from vulnerable backgrounds a rare opportunity to pursue their dream careers in Manufacturing, Hospitality and Fashion & Beauty Industry. Participants complete our FREE three-month program in Arizona with the skills to become economically active youth and active members of the job force. Students are also trained with Soft Skills & Work-Readiness, Digital skills, Retail Readiness and Business Skills & Entrepreneurship, AMKA students are granted the opportunity for internships and potential jobs at companies such as HG House of Fashion & Design, Golden Tulip Hotel and Nubian Beauty Saloon and Spa.

Requirements for joining the program

Students must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years and have matriculated and have a valid ID or introduction letter from the Local Government we also partner with different organizations such as MEMA Tanzania who are dealing with vulnerable youth directly. AMKA seeks to reach 200 youth annually.
